Short description

Built on a plot of land with an area of ​​10654 square meters in the Southeast Tran Duy Hung urban area (Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district), the project "Tran Duy Hung secondary school" was approved by the Hanoi People's Committee with a detailed plan of ratio 1/500. The project is researched and designed in the spirit of following the successes of school projects invested by the District, contributing to the replication of high-quality, modern, and comfortable public school models.

Started construction in September 2020 and located in an urban area with high construction density and dense population, the project has one basement, five floors, 44 classrooms, a multi-purpose building, and a national-standard swimming pool. Looking from the view of high apartment buildings, the school looks like an impressive ecological park. The design plan with a low construction density, and green trees planted in many layers from the school yard to its rooftop, have made the building stand out and simultaneously become one of the vital green highlights of the area.

To create the project aesthetics, the architectural plan eliminated most details, prioritizing using large-aperture structural solutions to make the building more "flying" and free the view from the hallways. Architectural lines are also clearly routed. Meanwhile, architectural shapes are transferred smoothly from low to high through walking ramps on the roof connecting the blocks. The project also arranged to enhance many physical training spaces inside and outside the building for students such as a 4-season swimming pool, fitness room, and outdoor sports area. The restrooms design follows 5-star criteria, which are spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, using modern touch-sensitive sanitary equipment. The entire building facade is tiled with high-grade ceramic tiles.
