While respecting the external landscape, the designer has explored the inherent beauty of the building. With a raised ceiling of 5.75m high and large floor-to-ceiling windows in its living room, the noble spaciousness and comfort are self-evident. From the sense of extension, to lighting, textures, and form transition, all details are elaborately and sophisticatedly designed.
The designer plans its functional partition reasonably, separates dynamic and static freely and orderly. It contains reception and banquet, emotional communication, private enjoyment, multi-functional interaction, outdoor leisure. Leading with a forward-looking lifestyle, it integrates diversified functional needs and emotional demands, so as to improve the value and experience of the space and explore more possibilities of high-end villas.
The combination of materials such as leather, marble, metal, wood veneer, as well as the matching of lighting and furnishings, brings a unique style and a sense of quality. In terms of color, the high-grade gray is the main color, and the jumpy Hermes orange is used as the color embellishment, strengthening the spatial level and enriching the interest. Low-key luxury and sensibility are permeated into it, thus making the space have a transition of different rhythms.
With thoughtful consideration, a wide range of facilities that enhance comfort and convenience is installed to serve multiple functions in each private bedroom. The designer accurately determined the ratio scale, and fully considered the feeling in each inch of space, composition aesthetics, and texture of details. Finally, practicality, comfort and detail aesthetics are combined.
The basement is also designed with an open layout for inclusiveness and use flexibility. A light well is set to introduce light, and many cozy activities can be held here. In addition, there are many terraces and landscape courtyards, making it enjoy the care and nourishment of nature closely.
