Project description
ToT, Tower of Terraces is conceptualized as a SYMPHONY of vertical and horizontal elements which create interesting volumes and spaces, interplay of light and shadow. White color and use of glass provides an interesting contrast against green landscapes in the foreground. The large part of the city is still used to living in smaller individual villas within intimate community settings and hence despite scarcity of land within city limits, it becomes difficult to attract people to stay in apartments. Keeping the above in mind, the design brief was prepared and the concept was developed to create 15 luxury ‘ Sky Villas ‘ with all the elements of a small and intimate gated community. The infinity swimming pool, gymnasium and a multipurpose room at 150 feet above the city provides the right atmosphere for daily fitness activities. It doubles up as a recreation zone with spectacular views of the city in the evening.
