The Greenwich

II BY IV DESIGN

Short description

The Greenwich injects a contemporary, lux lifestyle into Toronto’s Oakville.

This new residential complex sits at the street level with a sculpted entrance. Its minimal landscaped surroundings connect to the nearby forested streets, parks, trails, and a scenic pond. The building’s tiered terraces curve at the corner, a repeating motif that also informs the interior spaces. Designed to flow effortlessly from the moment one walks into the lit entrance, the interiors are outfitted in locally sourced natural materials to align with the environmentally-friendly initiatives of this contemporary development. The hotel-inspired amenities offer an array of exclusive social zones, including an elegant cocktail/dining room, a state-of-the-art media lounge, an au courant movement studio, a high-tech working space, and a sky-high rooftop terrace. From the stunning stone-covered walls, luxe swivel chairs, bespoke banquettes, artful lighting, and stone-clad reception plinth, every detail extends comfort and luxury.

The suites at the Greenwich feature 9-foot-high ceilings with window walls and generous balconies, welcoming light, air, and stunning views. They come outfitted with Smart Home Technology, geothermal heating and cooling, a robust recycling system, in-suite control touchpads, smart lighting, and charging stations for electronic vehicles.
