Short description
The Quayside sets a benchmark in redefining smart lifestyle environments and place-making. This holistic approach engages a new series of priorities and cultivates social interaction to create a new typology for urban development focused on flexibility, health, and wellness. The overall design connects with the social and urban framework of Kowloon East and its green infrastructure, embracing the site and public spaces. Integrated into every aspect of the design are principles of sustainability and energy efficiency. As a result, the project received several international green certifications.
