Many measures have been taken against the COVID-19 pandemic, which deeply affects our daily lives and many methods will be introduced. However, it is not posible for every method to be implemented fast enough. Credit cards, compulsory printed documents in offices or institutions and passports are difficult to transfer into electronic media in a short time. Based on the urge to find a solution that offers easy and practical application for use in such times, Lumi’s idea has been developed. Lumi is a Far-UVC disinfection device that can be either hung on the wall or fixed on surfaces in public areas and aims to protect the public health by disinfecting the documents passed through it without damaging them . Thanks to its design, this device, which can operate in both directions, can be used in places where plexi protected counters such as banks, airports, government offices, and it can be mounted on the wall in areas such as schools and offices.
