“Kwadrat” Residential Complex

Project description
"Kwadrat" ("square" in English) complex located in Wroclaw, Poland, consists of two contemporary multi-residential buildings designed by our office for the nation-wide Polish developer Profit Development. The complex have been completed in 2019 with over 250 apartments from 25 to 85 square meters each. Buildings have excellent connection with the city centre due to well-developed system of public transportation. Design for the development was inspired by the square (“kwadrat”) shape which influenced details for the facade as well as the general idea. Eye-catching black and white composition on elevations is emphasized by the surrounding green areas. In order to provide residents with all required amenities, both building have their own underground parkings as well as commercial units on the ground floor.
