The housing program is organized around the vertical access (stairs and elevator), located in the center of the house.
On the upper floor, there are two rooms facing the posterior section of the property and two rooms facing the main street.
On the entrance floor there is the living room with a 5 meter high ceiling, connected to the patio. The kitchen and dining room are facing the street.
This floor's structure has an open-space logic, and a huge visual permeability between the different interior spaces and the exterior area.
In the basement there is the garage, laundry and storage room.
On the patio there is a swimming pool and a living space with wooden floor.
