Short description
Inspired by the old distilleries, alcohol perfumed the environment through copper pipes and travelled to settle in the huge alembics. A metal structure and glazed walls enclose the contemporary version of these historic workshops; copper pipes, arranged to elegantly embrace the passage of time, take the leading role in the restaurant. The terrazzo floors and walls, the polished copper and the leather detail in the furniture complement the artisan style of Mexican cuisine and design.
