As part of the business expansion in Indonesia, Concentrix plan to build a call centre hub in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The total net space is 1.750sqm.
“Tale of Batik” is the design concept applied to the Concentrix Office. Batik is an Indonesian technique of wax-resist dyeing applied to the whole cloth and officially recognized as one of the UNESCO’s Masterpieces of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity from Indonesia in 2009.
Continuing the previous works, the design concept is inspired by Concentrix’s business strategy: “Global consistency with Local intimacy.” As a technology-enabled global business services company specializing in customer engagement and improving business performance, Concentrix keen to deliver customer experiences in the local language and culture.
On the design, we use batik patterns from several region in Indonesia, such as Batik Megamendung from Cirebon, Batik Kawung from Yogyakarta, Batik Gumin Tambun from Kalimantan, and Batik Anatau from East Nusa Tenggara.
