Anji Youth Pulse Center
T.E.N
Short description
Anji Youth Pulse Center, developed by HPJY Natural Fairyland, aims to become the world's first youth-oriented commercial complex in a rural context, with a strong focus on outdoor sports. It offers a comprehensive commercial space that includes leisure and dining, outdoor sports brand sales, virtual sports experiences, and natural education workshops.
The design retains some of the distinctive frameworks of the old factory buildings on the original site, transforming them into multifunctional corridors and an indoor auditorium. The new structures are vertically connected through a central atrium space, promoting a sense of continuity and openness. An outdoor continuous feature loop blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating diverse outdoor areas to experience nature and establishing an engaging circulation path that links different levels around the building's exterior.
From the project's inception, our team has been actively involved, assisting the client at various stages to better advance the project. During the planning phase, we conducted thorough analyses of higher-level planning, potential demographics, and surrounding competitors to define a youth-focused project positioning and functional configuration. The project is expected to start construction by the end of 2024. In the operational phase, we will collaborate with the client to explore innovative business models, aiming to create a dynamic shared platform that releases vitality and fosters a space where creativity thrives in Anji.
Our goal is to establish a vibrant and inclusive environment that not only meets the recreational and educational needs of the youth but also integrates seamlessly with the natural landscape, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the rural area. Through continuous engagement and innovative approaches, we envision the Anji Youth Pulse Center as a landmark destination that inspires and energizes the community.
